An infrared distance sensor allows the distance from the colorimeter to the material to be quantified and time-stamped with the color measurement; this enables <strong>data diagnostics<\/strong> and, if necessary, real\u2011time correction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Measurements<\/strong> can be sent to a <strong>remote monitoring unit<\/strong> for more comprehensive data storage management (<em>data logger functionality<\/em>) and to enable the export of collected data for more in-depth analysis or report generation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>SPC-295 is the colorimetric choice of many production line manufacturers, as it enables:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>automation of colorimetric inspection<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>real-time production verification<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>standardization<\/strong> of quality control,<\/li>\n<li>full production <strong>control<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>saving time and resources<\/strong> over sample testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The product\u2019s technical specifications are available in the SPC-295 technical data sheet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <strong><em>CLM195 Interface<\/em><\/strong> application software was developed by Eoptis to control the SPC-295 industrial colorimeter in order to meet the needs of many customers, bringing them together in a comprehensive and cost-effective product.
