Astori Tecnica<\/a> is a standout company from the Brescia area, and its history embodies the dynamism of Italy\u2019s finest manufacturing<\/strong>. Founded in 1959, it has never stopped growing and innovating. While specializing in high\u2011quality products and instruments for agri\u2011food analysis laboratories, it also operates in other strategic sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and environmental testing. The company has a presence on all five continents \u2014 from Japan to Kenya, from the United States to Australia \u2014 supported by a widespread network of distributors. It boasts a team of sixteen people and a steadily growing turnover, despite intense international competition. <\/p>\n

Astori Tecnica is one of the partners of Eoptis<\/strong> \u2014 a tech company specializing in machine vision and production quality\u2011control processes. To learn more about this dynamic company from the Brescia area, we spoke with its general manager, Fabio Marchi \u2014 originally from Milan and with a background<\/em> in the chemical\u2011pharmaceutical field. <\/p>\n

Tell us about Astori Tecnica<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Astori Tecnica has grown significantly over the decades. In the beginning, we sold only products and instruments for university laboratories. Over time, we greatly expanded our scope and began supplying products and scientific instruments of our own design and manufacture to analysis laboratories, primarily in the agri\u2011food sector. <\/p>\n

More recently, we have entered other high\u2011potential sectors such as pharmaceuticals, environmental testing, and cosmetics. In the past few years, we have also built a network of specialized international distributors to expand our global reach. Today, we can say that we have distributors all over the world \u2014 a network of roughly one hundred highly skilled and capable partners. <\/p>\n

In addition to producing cutting\u2011edge technology, does Astori Tecnica<\/a> also import from abroad?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Exactly \u2014 the company manufactures, but doesn\u2019t limit itself to manufacturing. It also imports, sometimes with exclusive distribution rights for Italy or, in certain cases, for Europe. And of course, it distributes top\u2011tier Italian technology, including Eoptis products. <\/p>\n

Let\u2019s talk about the synergy with Eoptis. How did it come about? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Well, we distribute Eoptis colorimeters for the agri\u2011food sector, and your products are truly innovative. We were first struck by the CLM\u2011194<\/a>. Thanks to this instrument, we were able to enter the agri\u2011food market with a tool that offers distinctive features and decisive advantages \u2014 not only in terms of price, but above all in terms of performance and application flexibility. Then came the CLM\u2011196<\/a>, an evolution of the CLM\u2011194, and today, thanks to these two products, we can fully meet the color\u2011measurement needs of the entire agri\u2011food sector. <\/p>\n

Why might an agri\u2011food company be interested in color measurement?<\/strong><\/p>\n

To establish a consistent standard for its food product \u2014 or for packaging that needs to maintain the same color over time. In the dairy sector, which is strategic for us, color analysis makes it possible to verify and optimize the characteristic whiteness of dairy products. Other types of analysis are more urgent, of course, such as those related to food safety. <\/p>\n

What do you appreciate about Eoptis? <\/strong><\/p>\n
